Off-market site assembly of two neighbouring assets from UK Institutional Funds. Active asset management strategy implemented to retain income from existing tenants, whilst obtaining planning consent for a 50,000 sqft co-living and retail scheme over nine floors.

Location: Prime retail pitch in Kingston-upon-Thames, a very strong outer-London, affluent town centre location.
Opportunity: Income producing asset with a strategy to purchase the neighbouring site to create prominent corner plot.
Planning Gain: Obtained planning consent for a 9 storey, 200 unit co-living scheme, the first in the Borough of Kingston.
Asset Management: Acquired the neighbouring site from an institutional fund.
